We simply use a combination of relevant ITIL processes, SAP Solution Manager and fantastic people. You can select one of 4 tiers of support, or mix and match to suit your needs: explore more about each level of support below.
With the Platinum support package, 2e2 provides a fully hosted and managed SAP support service; working in total partnership with you. The Platinum package also includes technical upgrades to your SAP system.
Choosing 2e2’s Gold support package provides you with a fully managed SAP support service. You will be appointed a named Service Delivery Manager who will liaise with internal resources and co-ordinate your entire support function.
2e2’s Silver support package provides a ‘step up’ from our Basic support service, by offering change and problem management in addition to standard support services.
The Bronze support package is designed to support you exactly as and when needed. 2e2 will provide 24/7 system monitoring and incident management.
