The 2e2 Approach

At 2e2, we believe that Flexible Resourcing should be reliable, responsive and resilient.  We achieve this through our policy of using 80% 2e2 employees (20% associates) and maintaining 10-15% of resources “on the bench” so that we can respond quickly with assured skills and knowledge.

We appoint a Delivery Manager – free of charge –to every customer, tasked with understanding your business, its IT and its needs so that we can partner effectively.

All of our personnel are fully trained, reference-checked and briefed on your specific needs before going on site.  2e2’s size also means that we can provide holiday cover, additional skills and knowledge as required – lowering your risk and adding value to your IT department.
